Kenia Reyna knows what it’s like to face challenges as a new immigrant in the United States. Her personal experience acts as a powerful motivation behind her passion to ensure that all children start their learning off right with critical early childhood education. “It’s important for me to reach out to this population because I want to give them an equal playing field,” says Reyna. “Each one of them has a special gift, and the humblest, loving personality. I want them to have an amazing experience during their first years of education, to feel capable of learning, to have confidence in their work, and importantly, in themselves.”
